Is there a way in Datomic Cloud Ions to know what git hash is being run?

I would like to provide a lambda that gives info on the current running code in Ions. Is there way to get the deployed git sha?

It is in the description of the CodeDeploy deployment. You should be able to get it from the AWS CodeDeploy API.
