In your 2013 blog post The Transaction Report Queue, you write:
In Datomic, you can monitor all transactions. Any peer process in the
system can request a transaction report queue of every transaction
against a particular database.
Is there a change data capture or related mechanism in Datomic Cloud, where changes to the database can be pushed to a client?
