Support AWS dynamo point in time backup in on-prem.

Currently Datomic supplies backup/restore capability here:

https://docs.datomic.com/on-prem/backup.html

Dynamo's PITR remains untested for use with Datomic DBs. Implementation of this feature would ensure that using Dynamo's PITR causes no issues on a Datomic DB.
